The Medical College of Georgia introduces Patient- and Family-Centered Care (PFCC) Rounds into an adult care hospital’s general medicine unit. This quality improvement initiative measures PFCC Rounds’ impact on patient safety, patient/family satisfaction, interdisciplinary care team performance, and medical education.
