The Mental Health Clinical Nurse Specialists at The Children’s Hospital of Philadelphia support staff and multidisciplinary teams. This group also partners with family leaders and hospital administration to effect system-wide change and influence a healthy and supportive family centered care environment.
STAFF vs. STRESS: And the Winner is....?
This interactive presentation highlights sources, symptoms, and potential harmful effects of work-related stress and burnout on individual staff and adaptive stress management interventions designed to prevent, minimize, and address that stress. Participants will have the opportunity to practice relaxation techniques.
