Leading from the Middle: Advancing the Practice of Patient- and Family-Centered Care

Leading from the middle. Advancing patient- and familycentered care can happen from the top-down, bottom up, or somewhere in the middle. This session will describe one organization’s journey to enhance the culture of patient- and family-centered care in an academic medical center.

Penguins and Partners: Orchestrating Successful Change
