A new vision, mission, values, and pillars guide the strategic alignment process at MCH. The pillars were developed to drive cultural change. The unique paradigm shift is the expectation to developing business goals in partnership with patients, families, and physicians.

Attendees will learn how one organization empowered children and families, utilizing the Family and Teen Advisory Councils, to drive a critical patient safety improvement initiative throughout the organization to reduce infection risk, increasing awareness, compliance, and standardization while improving hand hygiene.
