Consultant Mary Scott and a panel of recruitment experts will present and discuss the findings of a recent, sponsored study that surfaced the similarities and differences among advanced degree students specific to recruitment best practice differentiators. Student participants were pursuing MBA or technical advanced degrees (MS/PhD) and provided both quantitative (online survey) and qualitative (focus group) data, which these employers then applied to their own recruitment initiatives and/or processes.
