Based on your organization's needs, we'll show how you might develop a school analysis, including internal and external data that you can use to assist in the selection of schools and create metrics to measure the success of your recruiting program. We will provide examples of Raytheon's approach to using data and analytics to create & structure their programs and some of the technologies and databases used to collect, analyze, and report the information.
