Description
In this session the participants will be introduced to the Student Employment and Career Centre's (SECC) Virtual Learning Model. Delegates will be navigated through an on-line virtual learning tool from the eyes of a student. This interactive and engaging process will be introduced in the form of a puzzle. This model has six dynamic sections: "Discover who I Am", "Explore My Options"; "Choose My Direction"; "Achieve My Goals"; "Join the Workforce" and "Continue to develop". Topics discussed will also include a brief introduction to the Student Employment and Career Centre's (SECC) service delivery & fee-for-service models, its career development theory and practices within the SECC and finally an overview of the "Plan My Career Workbook".
