Description
As institutions of higher education seek to expand global educational experiences for students, there is great opportunity for leveraging partnerships with international schools. Many international schools would like to send their students to participate in the WDW College Program but they need the support and assistance of their U.S. partners to sponsor the necessary J-1 student visa. In exchange, these international partner institutions often assist their U.S. colleagues in developing international placement opportunities for U.S. students. The Walt Disney World Company is proactively working with universities to develop these collaborative partnerships. Co-op and internship practioners will find 'buried treasure' as they seek out opportunities for international partnership programs.
