This session will be geared towards career professionals that are relatively new to the Career Services field. The presenters will help the participants focus on their long-term career goals, and help them get the most out of their current position so they can move towards their ultimate goal. The presenters will identify different opportunities for professional and personal development that can help Career Services professionals make themselves more marketable when they start looking for different positions. The presenters will focus on the lessons professionals need to learn and the skills that they need to develop before being ready to make their next career move. By attending this session, the participants will have a better idea about their future direction, and have identified goals they can achieve to move in that direction.
