During this Webcast, we will:
1. Review the background and methodology and share results and key highlights of the completed National Pilot: national analyses, preliminary interpretations, and actionable results, including the final National Benchmarks Report, final qualitative feedback/"testimonials,” and brief comparisons to Insightlink's overall national healthcare benchmark norms.
2. Better understand your regional, state, and health center needs and expectations and discuss our mutual ideas and recommendations for meaningful and realistic key action steps by discussing the following questions:
a) What is our current culture, as supported by the data?,
b) What is good and strong about it?--key strengths, and
c) What are the opportunities?--effective and useful strategies to improve staff satisfaction within healthy work environments and promote America's Health Centers as a preferred place of employment.
3. Review the lessons learned from the National Pilot and discuss next steps:
- what worked?, what didn't, what must change?
4. Brainstorm about how to best package and offer StaffPulse complemented by and with ExitPulse as an important workforce recruitment and retention tool for all health centers nation-wide.
