Description

As part of NACHC’s ongoing Workforce Webinar series, this Webcast was designed specifically for health center and Primary and Regional Care Associations Senior Leadership, Workforce and HR staff, and Board Members. It will focus on a.) the review of health center data nationally that impacts recruitment and retention of health center staff; b.) and opportunities for health centers to improve their own retention efforts through addressing health center staff satisfaction drivers. Insightlink Communication’s President and Research Expert, Robert Gray, will present key findings from the recent NACHC National Staff Satisfaction Survey linked with ongoing national health center staff Exit Survey data. These two data sources represent a rich source of information about the attitudes and behavior of health center staff.

Specifically, after this Webinar, Participants will be able to:

  1. Understand which factors make the strongest contribution to job satisfaction among health center staff;

  2. Recognize the main factors that lead to dissatisfaction and turnover within health centers;

  3. Identify opportunities for improvement within the health center work environment;

  4. Distinguish categories of staff most likely to leave employment and why; and

  5. Utilize web-based tools to collect their own health center staff satisfaction and exit data.
