Articulating cross-cultural results through
performance measurements is both critical
and difficult. Peace Corps is in its second year
of quantifying impact from stories generated
by volunteers, returned volunteers, and host
country counterparts. These quantified impact
data are part of an Agency Logic Model, used
for both internal and external audiences.
