Description
This session will analyze the challenge of
offering higher education opportunities to the
increasing number of Mexican undocumented
students in the United States. Mexican
government officers along with partnering U.S.
universities and NGOs will discuss national and
binational initiatives to develop strategies to
address an issue of high concern and impacts
