The program consists of Part I (3 hours) which includes two panels: the keynote followed by five presentations; and Part II (1 hour) which includes one panel of three presentations. It is required that you complete the entire program, submit the evaluation and post test, with a score of 75%. You may then print your certificate for 5.7 CEs. You may repeat the post test if unsuccessful on the first attempt.

This learner directed continuing nursing education program has been approved for 5.7 CEs (Approval Code: NL05-9-614-607) by the Maryland Nurses Association, accredited as an approver by The American Nurses Credentialing Center’s Commission on Accreditation.

Provider (National Association for Home Care & Hospice) is approved by the California Board of Nursing, Provider Number 10810, for 5.7 contact hours. Most states have reciprocity agreements and will accept the contact hours for educational programs.

Certificates must be maintained by the licensee for a period of five (5) years.
