Description
Our schools today more than ever must strategically plan to produce successful growth. The structure of the planning process itself, input from all significant stakeholder groups, realistic yet visionary goals, and a servant leadership model are integral to achieving results in an action-oriented vision. Xavier College Preparatory in Phoenix, Arizona, a nearly 70-year-old Catholic High School for girls, is an example of successful strategic planning. The director of advancement will share how they conducted a planning process that resulted in a $17 million capital campaign, updated technology, expansion of financial assistance, expansion of faculty and staff development, improved communications, and many other improvements that will shape the future.
