This session will describe how our Board of Directors used strategic thinking and planning to prepare Chaminade College Preparatory in Chatsworth, California, to manage an economic crisis that tripled the demand for financial aid and positioned the school to take advantage of opportunities to significantly improve programs and facilities to better serve students and increase enrollment.
