Fostering teacher leadership is crucial to the school improvement process. This session will explore the process of creating a "Teacher Leadership Team" (TLT). From choosing the right people to measuring the effectiveness of the team, this session will share research as well as our experiences in fostering and utilizing quality teacher leadership. Hear from members of the TLT group, as well as administrators, about the positive educational change in our system that was inspired by teacher leaders.
