Increasing Latino enrollment in its parish schools has been a priority for the Catholic Diocese of Arlington. This presentation covers the impetus behind the Diocese Hispanic Outreach program; the research conducted with principals, faculty, and parents; the development of an action plan for increasing Latino enrollment; and the setbacks and successes of implementing that plan.
