'Today cinema provides the most convenient and inexpensive way for families and people of all ages to do something special together, to experience leisure, to recreate. This seminar will look at clips from recent films and use a five-point framework from the National Catechetical Directory (2005) to consider films from spiritual, catechetical, and media mindfulness perspectives. A handout will be provided.
