Description
Does your high school place the work of Catholic identity mostly on the shoulders of campus ministry or religious education departments? If so, there is a good chance that most of your students’ experience of Catholicism is being compartmentalized into Religion class, making it difficult for them to discover God in all parts of their day and in all their activities. This presentation will provide high school administrators and teachers with a framework that helps educators A) grasp their vital role in supporting the Catholic mission of their school, B) participate meaningfully in the school’s Catholic culture regardless of their religious affiliation and C) develop relationships with students that work toward revealing God’s presence in a young person’s life. Learn this non-threatening framework that will engage your Catholic, non-Catholic and non-Christian faculty, staff and students more fully into the mission of your school and help students discover God’s presence in their lives.
