Population growth can happen in our smaller centres — but we will need to keep the welcome mat out there -with "welcome" written in many languages. How do we attract and retain new immigrants, and how do we get our communities immigrant-ready? As the song says, "Willkommen, bienvenue, welcome! Happy to see you, bleibe, reste, stay!"
