Lorne Waldman, immigration lawyer and author of the seminal “Immigration Law and
Practice” will be reviewing a selected list of cases which are mostly likely to have an
impact on a wide range of areas in the practice of immigration law.

Mr. Waldman will share his analysis of the decisions of the courts and will discuss how
these precedents can be utilized to advance the interests of our immigration clients.
