Description

As of February 2009, 73 States have adopted the CISG as uniform sales law.

• The CISG is implemented federally and in all provinces and territories, including Ontario
as the International Sale of Goods Act.

• The CISG applies to most international sale of goods contracts with parties in western
countries.

• The CISG applies to litigation involving international parties with disputes involving goods.
