Follow these steps to complete your overall meeting evaluation and to request CME/CEU credits for the sessions you attended:

1. Enter your meeting badge number and your email address
2. Complete the overall conference evaluation form
3. Identify the education session(s) you attended
4. Complete your evaluations for the individual sessions attended
5. View your updated live attendance certificate(s)
