This conference was designed for Nurse Practitioners, Clinical Nurse Specialists and other health care professionals working within the field of oncology and practicing in an advanced role.Conference Goal
The goal of the 2011 ONS APN Conference is to provide Clinical Nurse Specialists, Nurse Practitioners, and other health care professionals with innovative, advanced educational experiences and networking opportunities that promote excellence in oncology nursing and cancer care.Conference Objectives

Continuing Nursing Education
Participants of the 2011 ONS Advanced Practice Nursing Conference archived session recordings can earn a maximum of 22 contact hours of continuing nursing education credit. Participants must view/listen to each session in its entirety, pass the post-test with a score of 80% or higher, and submit a completed evaluation to receive contact hours. CNE for this program will expire in November 2013.CNE for 2011 APN Conference archived session recording is nontransferable and will be awarded to the attendee or purchaser only.
ONS is accredited as a provider of continuing nursing education by the American Nurses Credentialing Center's Commission on Accreditation.
ONS is approved as a provider of continuing education by the California Board of Registered Nursing, Provider #2850.
Accreditation as an American Nurses Credentialing Center's (ANCC) Commission provider refers only to its continuing nursing education activities and does not imply ANCC Commission on Accreditation endorsement of any commercial products.

How to Earn CNE Credit
Follow the steps below to access the CNE test for each session.
- View the entire presentation.
- After the last slide in the presentation, a box stating, "Continue to the ONS Evaluation Center to complete the post-test and evaluation for this virtual meeting session?" will appear.
- Click YES to proceed to the ONS Evaluation Center.
- Log in with your Profile username and password.
- Complete the CNE test.
- Upon successful completion with a score of 80% or higher, please complete the program evaluation.
- A CNE certificate for your session will be available under My Evaluations.
