Itinerary Planner F.A.Q.

    1. How do I view a Live Webcast?
      1. Go to the "ITINERARY PLANNER" tab.
      2. On the left hand side you will see a list of Webcasted Sessions.
      3. Click on the webcast of choice
      4. In the description on the right hand side, there will be a link and a URL to start viewing the Live webcast.

    2. How do I add a session to "My Planner"?
      1. Go to the "ITINERARY PLANNER" tab.
      2. On the left hand side you will see a list of Webcast names with the button next to it.
      3. Click on the  button.
      4. Click on "MY PLANNER" and the Webcast will be added.

    3. How do I remove a Webcast from "My Planner"?
      1. Go to the "ITINERARY PLANNER" tab.
      2. On the left hand side you will see a list of Webcast names with the  button next to it.
      3. Click on the button.
      4. Then click on "MY PLANNER" and the webcast will be removed.

    4. How do I export a session to my Outlook?
      1. Select a Webcast to be added to your "MY PLANNER".
      2. Then go to the "MY PLANNER" tab.
      3. You will notice a  button under the session name.
      4. When you click on  button, a "File Download" dialog will appear.
      5. Select "OPEN" and the file will open up in Outlook.
      6. Once opened click the "Save and Close" button and you will have saved your webcast to your Outlook calendar.
