How to use the Itinerary Planner

  1. Click on the session title to show details about the session.
  2. Click on the “Add” button below the session name to add to “My Planner”.
  3. Select the “My Planner” tab to view your selected sessions.
  4. Click the “Send to Outlook” button to send a reminder to your outlook calendar.

The day of your selected session, you will receive a reminder with a link to the webcast instructions and a schedule overview.  This only applies if you use the “Send to Outlook” feature.If you do not have Outlook, simply click on a session name.  You can always join the session directly by clicking on the link located within each description.
