What is new in the movement toward consumer-driven health plans? How has it affected other aspects of benefit plan design? What types of health interventions have emerged to counteract the reduced utilization caused by high-deductible health plans and cost shifting to the consumer? This session will address the present and future of CDHP and will explore emerging trends and recent developments. This session will focus on product and is a follow-up to session 16 PD, “It’s All About the Consumer.”
