The DMAA has been in the forefront for developing outcomes evaluation methodologies for commercial care management programs. DMAA’s consensus process has ensured that the industry and its purchasers have moved forward together to solve difficult problems of financial and clinical value demonstration. This session will provide attendees with information about the current state of outcomes evaluation. Speakers will also address some of the big issues that remain unresolved that industry workgroups are addressing.
