Description
Medicare Advantage plans have existed under a number of names over the last 20 years. The market
has seen its ups and downs over this period, but has been extremely active since the passage of the
Medicare Modernization Act in 2003. This session will cover current issues such as new products,
enrollment patterns, CMS filings and plan performance. It will also include a discussion of future
expectations for the program.
There will be time for you to share your experiences with Medicare Advantage products, as well as ask
questions. Through the presentations and audience participation, you'll become more knowledgeable in
this area that is expected to continue to grow, particularly with the aging of the population.
