There are many disease and care management programs and vendors in the marketplace today. There
is also a mixed view of their effectiveness and efficacy. Some of this mixed view is based upon
differences in results as well as different measurement paradigms.
In this session we will hear about the direction disease and care management programs are heading.
Representatives from stand-alone companies and individuals responsible for these programs at carriers
will be presenting. We will also hear how these programs are impacting the commercial versus
government program sector.
