Description
A challenge you face as an actuary is to explain results and recommendations to non-technical
audiences. With the changing demands on actuaries, there is an increasing need to explain your work
and thoughts to a wide range of individuals, both inside and outside your company. This session will
provide suggestions and examples of how to prepare to communicate a technical report to a nontechnical
audience.
No matter what level you are in your organization, you will learn different methods of presenting
information and considerations that should be taken into account as you prepare for your intended
audience.
