Guidelines
All AABB Annual Meeting and TXPO 2008 speakers are selected based on their expertise and presentation experience; programs presented at the conference reflect directly upon the AABB and its reputation for presenting quality education. Therefore, while we do not wish to inflict on your individual speaking style, we request that you follow these formatting guidelines.
Formatting
Guidelines
Please ensure your materials have been edited and proofed and that any graphics are already embedded in the document or presentation. Unfortunately, we cannot edit your materials.
Disclosure (by August 8th): Please complete faculty disclosure and consent information.
Curriculum Vitae (by April 18th):
Please fill out your contact information for publishing in the faculty directory. You also need to provide your Curriculum Vitae. This must be submitted as an MS Word document.
Presentation PPT (by September 12th ):
A PowerPoint presentation to be used for handouts and to be incorporated in the AABB Live Learning Center .
Supplemental MS Word Document (by September 12th):
Additionally, you might want to upload supplemental information in MS Word Document format. This could be additional information or supplemental reading.
