Welcome to the abstract submission website for the 2009 ANCC National Magnet Conference! Thank you in advance for your creative, educational content proposals. The concurrent podium and poster sessions selected from the abstract submissions represent the heart of the conference education programming.

The theme of the 2009 conference is "Magnet: Inspiring Innovation, Achieving Outcomes" and the conference goal is to "Explore the relationship among leadership, innovation, and nursing practice outcomes".

Important Notes:

1. The meeting pattern has shifted: The conference will be held October 1-3, 2009, which is Thursday through Saturday, rather than the Wednesday through Friday pattern of the last few conferences.
2. The submission site has also changed. We've made significant changes to the online submission process that we hope you will find to be improvements. Be sure to read the instructions on the welcome page as this will help step you through the process.
