Thank you for your interest in developing a proposal for the 2015 ASHP Midyear Clinical Meeting in New Orleans, Louisiana, December 6-10, 2015.

Your proposal must be submitted no later than 11:50 PM (Pacific), Sunday, February 1, 2015.

NOTE: All Program Chairs must be a current full active member of ASHP (non-pharmacists excluded).
