Building Your Schedule & Searching for Sessions

IMPORTANT: You will only be permitted to schedule one session per timeslot. This will ensure that we have accurate attendance numbers when assigning meeting rooms to sessions. Any session that conflicts with a timeslot for which you have already added a session will display this information "Timeslot Already Booked for You." You may add "persona/custom" appointments and/or "alternate" sessions to your schedule via the My Schedule page only. See below for details.

About the Online Schedule Builder & Tips on How to Search for Sessions.

We encourage all attendees to build a schedule. The information about how many people plan to attend a specific session is vital to us for accurate room capacity planning. The Schedule Builder will allow you to search for sessions based upon various criteria, including: Product/Service, Track, Intended Audience Type, Date (the day session is offered), Start Time, Lead Instructor Last Name, Type of Session, Intended Learner Level, Geographic Focus, and/or Learner Office/Department that the session is targeting.

How to use the Schedule Builder

Keep in mind when searching for sessions that the more search criteria you enter, the fewer number of sessions will be returned. For example, if you only select "Banner Finance" for Product and no other criteria, the search will bring back ALL sessions that are related to Banner Finance. However, if you enter "Banner Finance" for Product AND "Monday, March 26" for Date - the search will bring back ONLY sessions for Banner Finance that are occurring on Monday, March 26.

NOTE: Please be certain to search and review sessions (and meals/receptions) that are listed under the track of "Universal Interest."

Audio and/or Video Recorded Sessions

Sessions that will be "AUDIO" recorded will have this icon in the search results. The digitized audio PowerPoint presentation will be available via the Summit 2012 Live Learning Center after the conference.

NOTE: The list of sessions to be recorded is subject to change.

Filled/Cancelled/Rescheduled Sessions

Some sessions (i.e., HOT Hands-on-training, other select sessions) have strict capacity limits for enrollment. If a session is full, Capacity Limit Reached will display. We cannot create waitlists for sessions that are filled.

If a session that you have added to your schedule is either cancelled or rescheduled, you will receive an email notification. Cancelled sessions will automatically be removed from attendee schedules.

Viewing Your Session Schedule and Removing a Session from Your Schedule

On the Scheduler Builder page, in the left-and navigation column, you will see a link to My Schedule. To view the sessions that you have added to your schedule simply click on the link. You can remove a session from your schedule by clicking the REMOVE button. You can also print your schedule. We are looking to include functionality for adding "alternate" selections and personal appointments via the My Schedule by mid-January.

NOTE: You will want to be sure to print a copy of your schedule right before departing for the conference after rooms have been assigned to each session.

*NEW* Adding Personal Appointments and/or Alternate Sessions to Your Schedule

Via the My Schedule page, you may add "personal/custom" appointments to your schedule (i.e., dinner with Jane Doe) and/or add "alternate" session(s) to your schedule for any given timeslot. Please note that there is no search functionality for adding alternate sessions. The list of sessions to add as alternates is in session code order (the date and time for the session will appear in the session description that appears). So, you will need to know the session code for the session you want to add as alternates. Hint: identify your alternate sessions when you search and add your primary session via the main Schedule Builder page.
