Description
CourseLeaf is academic catalog management software that improves how colleges and universities update, manage, and publish academic catalogs. The Course Inventory module then integrates the academic catalog with the curriculum review process.

Departmental authors leverage SIS integration to directly link course data to the catalog for efficient, accurate updating. Catalog managers create workflows to include the right people having the right permission level. Editors provide color-coded comments allowing immediate review of changes from prior versions. Then publish directly online, print-on-demand specific sections to PDF files for things like faculty advising, or even share data with software like DegreeWorks degree audit.

The Course Inventory module improves how new and existing courses are modified, tracked, and approved. CourseLeaf displays all departments affected by a proposed change, automatically creates the correct workflow for any course based on your rule-sets, and integrates the results into your SIS and catalog.

Schools have seen big benefits from CourseLeaf: 30% reductions in the time spent on the catalog, several hundred inaccuracies corrected, faster cycle times to publish earlier, and strong faculty support from better use of the catalog. Build the exact catalog you want, efficiently.
