Are you writing off delinquent accounts manually? If so, this session is for you. Learn how Wright State University developed an application to automatically write-off delinquent accounts receivable gaining efficiency and accuracy. Two processes were created that look at various criteria and are submitted through Banner job submission. In addition to writing off delinquent accounts, the process automatically adds a hold to the student account preventing future registration and transcripts. This session will take you through the creation of write off detail codes, discussion of the criteria used to write off accounts, updating student accounts and reporting. Wright State is using Banner AR 8.1.1.
