This presentation will supply the necessary steps used for implementation of the Faculty Load and Compensation (FLAC) module for adjunct faculty payroll at Southwestern Michigan College. This session is intended for those institutions that are interested in the process of setting up the FLAC module. We will go through the essential forms for setup in Internet Native Banner (INB), detail the information on each form, and provide a glimpse of Faculty Load and Compensation (FLAC) Administration in Employee Self-Service. We will also share lessons learned, challenges encountered, and tips and tricks for management of adjunct contracts once they are uploaded. Questions are encouraged throughout the presentation and time will be allotted at the end of the session for additional information.
