This presentation details the processes associated with implementing and supporting BDMS 6.5 (Banner Document Management Suite) with limited resources. We will share how we started, identify our project requirements, templated the project plan, established support and continue to rollout the applications. All of this has been accomplished with minimal staff. By the end of the session we want everyone to be ready to go back to their school and kick-off an imaging initiative.
