Having a pre-developed test plan will save you time and effort, get the right players involved, establish a routine that everyone can follow, and help ensure that upgrades and patches are handled efficiently and effectively for your institution.

This session will take you through the processes and procedures Drexel University uses in testing the Banner Student module each time there is an upgrade or patch. Examples from the upgrade to Banner 8.4 will be used, but this applies to any and all upgrades.

Anyone involved with Banner upgrade testing would benefit from this session.
