At Grand Valley State University, a mid-sized public university, Banner Effort Reporting went live successfully in early 2010 for electronic effort certification. As members of the implementation team, we will discuss the functional and technical steps to setup the effort certification system including end user training and lessons learned during the process. Topics covered include the initial form set-up, testing plan, training program, and recent developments as we continue to make enhancements to this process.
