Learn how we integrated workflow and imaging within a business process improvement project and continued to leverage from Admissions to Academic Folder, Alumni and Business Affairs. The goal always was to improve service to our applicants, students and business partners. Students have more options through Banner Self-Service functions and Dean's offices use electronic folders and process workflow requests.
