Description
When we started implementation of Banner Relationship Management we didn't know an interaction type from an output set and campaigns and contacts were just as foreign. After many hours of brainstorming to establish the system we're currently using we hope we can share our experience with your team. If you're beginning to navigate the process of organizing your communications as you roll out implementation on your campus you won't want to miss this session! During our presentation we will discuss how we collaborated with departments across our University community to evaluate our needs and maintained constant communication internally to make adjustments after go-live. We will showcase the naming conventions template formatting and organizational set-up that has allowed for our success. Finally we'll give you a peek at a few of our campaigns and show you where they fit into the big picture of our Admissions Communications Flow.
