The presentation discusses team composition, planning, reorganization and process re-engineering that was done during the implementation of BDMS v6.5. Included in the discussion will be hardware requirements including servers, scanners and desktop machines. Also discussed will be the impact on current processes including centralization of some functions. Although primary impact was to Admissions and Registration and Financial Aid, implementation involved Hr, Payroll, Finance and Purchasing.
