This session will review the project plan and process for implementing a new Card Transaction System. We will go over what worked and what we missed and what we would do differently the next time. Though this focuses on a Card Transaction System, the lessons apply to any system that involves software installation and integration, server set up, complex networking (PCI), and the involvement of many departments.
