Switching from one degree auditing system to another is a huge undertaking that demands time, energy, and resources to implement. Success of a new product launch should not be measured by the software and hardware running, but the level of excitement and engagement advisors and students bring to the project. This session will include a brief overview of the Georgia Institute of Technology Registrar's Office implementation strategy and roadmap for DegreeWorks, with a focus on key stakeholders and participants in the project that helped manage expectations and success of this service to campus.
