This session will provide an overview of Banner Relationship Management an enterprise-wide CRM solution to engage and build relationships with prospects students and alumni. Features that will be discussed and demonstrated for all constituents include the Profile (Prospect/Student/Alumni) Expression Builder and Population Lists Templates Personalization fields Campaigns Interactions and Organizations. In addition Admissions Funnels and Probability and Desirability ratings will be discussed and demonstrated for prospective students.
