I have a PhD in Biomedical Physics from UCLA, ABR certification in radiologic therapeutic physics, and over 20 years experience in the field of medical physics. Currently I am the Director of Radiological Physics in the Department of Radiation Oncology at UVA. I am also the Chairman of the AAPM Task Group No. 101 on Stereotactic Body Radiation Therapy (SBRT), and author/co-author on a wide array of manscripts and monographs on SBRT, and I have lectured on this topic at several local, regional, and international symposia.
