I have been working on biomarkers in head and neck Cancer for ~30 years and I have published extensively on this topic. Recently we have completed several studies of biomarkers in in house phase II clinical trails that
are prognostic of outcome and predictive of response to specific therapies. Recent papers on these topics include the following: Bauer JA, Trask DK, Kumar B, Los G, Castro J, Lee JS-J, Chen J, Wang S, Bradford CR, Carey TE, Reversal of cisplatin resistance with a BH3 mimetic, (-)-gossypol, in head and neck cancer cells: Role of wild-type p53 and Bcl-xL.
